Surrender

The past few weeks have been such a whirlwind with my emotions, my thoughts, everything. I can't put into words how I feel in this time in my life. God without a shadow of doubt moved me out here to California a little over 4 months ago, and as best as I know now, He is moving me back home to Tennessee. I like to hear clearly God's direction, His step by step lead in my life, etc. But with this i haven't been able to really understand or rest like I know God wants me to. Over the past few days whether it be at church during worship or just worship time alone in the car while driving through the canyon, God has continued to place songs in my path that focus on Surrender. I love how He shows me that I don't need an answer to all the questions people ask about what my next step is, I don't have to know where I will be or what I will be doing in the coming months, but what my sole focus needs to be on is SURRENDERING to Him. So Lord, I do stand with my soul surrendered to you. Lead me in the path that I should take, show me your next step for my life!
